Great premium hotel with quality service. The pools is relaxing with a great view of the tall buildings and a decent size although they could pay a bit more attention to cleaning it and ensuring sufficient chemicals such that the water visiblity is improved. Hotel breakfast was also very nice with good variety. The rice congee could do with more condiment options (there were only four).

It’s a three great nights stop in Bangkok. Location: great-walking distance to many malls and skytrain station. Lovely room. Excellent pool landscape….great size and very relax. I must mention a great service. A service is at the top of its kind from check in to check out At Breakfast room we are spoiled from Ms Sothida and Ms Narin… and a lovely lady at the juice bar… …Thank you very much. We would definitely return.

Home away from home. I love staying here, they have the best breakfast and pool area. The staff are excellent, always friendly and attentive to all my needs. They have some of the best restaurants in the city located in the hotel itself and nearby. It’s like an oasis in this jam packed bustling city.

We were given early check in and late check out, which we really appreciated. All the staff were courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. The gym is well equipped and maintained. Very varied options for breakfast. Lovely swimming pool area with deep pool. Altogether a good experience staying here.

This property is beautiful. It’s an easy walk to the sky train and a mall with dining options and currency exchange. I loved the gym and pool and the breakfast buffet was huge.

One of the best hotels in Bangkok. Breakfast spread was marvelous and even had vegetarian options. The Royal Club Lounge was simply amazing with the lovely views at 26th floor. The food and drinks options at the Lounge were fantastic.
