"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "No nice breakfast, staff didn’t turn on the light for me when I wanted to take my birthday picture as a solo traveler who arrived by 10pm, no birthday surprise for me even after mentioning it, nothing to eat for breakfast I didn’t even eat the last breakfast.. my room which they said was upgraded to sea view had a scraped of paint near the bathroom, the bed are so uncomfortable and very low.. The staff were really nice but I’m not staying here again. Not happy I wasted my money."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Budva. The hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The sea and bay view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as well. The only downside was parking. It could sometimes be difficult to find a place to park, as the hotel has only two private parking spots."

"The interior decor was great. Also, cleanliness and serenity of the place was also nice and the staff were incredible, especially the lady that served us in the restaurant on our first night, I didn’t get the name but she really stood out despite the language barrier, she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. And the receptionist on duty on Saturday that helped us get French fries with our buffet on request. We had a great time in the hotel generally. Thank you "

"Great location … wonderful staff … outstanding breakfast … Three Poached Eggs on toast with bacon and smoked salmon. Two large slices of Prosciutto and Cheese … Two large, warm Croissants with honey and preserves … a basket of assorted bread … butter.
