"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. "The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location of the hotel is awesome. We had one of the rooms that did not have an attached bathroom, so the bathroom was across the hall. I was a little hesitant when I booked this hotel because of the bathroom situation, but it was not a problem at all. To clarify, you still get your own private bathroom, It just happens to be across the hall, and not all of the rooms are like this."

"We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. The room and property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The beach area and pools were pristine with great service. All of the staff are incredibly well trained. We experienced a couple hiccups while there but the management (especially Marco) responded immediately and more than made up for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area."
