"El hotel a perdido mucho su encanto . Piscina de adulto sucia llena de hojas, el horario de la barra ya a las 8 pm estaba cerrada. Las botellas se quedaron en la mesa hasta el otro día. Los empleados en el área del desayuno son excelentes."

"Me encantola variedad de oportunidades para ir a la piscina, poblado y playa. Donde pueden mejorar es en el mantenimiento de los aires acondicionado que dan para los balcones. De lo demás muy buen servicio, variedad del menú del Pool bar excelente, atención del personal súper y el clima súper perfecto. Gracias por sus atenciones."

"Excellent stay at Hotel El Colonial in Mayagüez! Although it is a smaller hotel, it is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The AC worked perfectly, the TV offered a great variety of channels, and the location could not be better — right in the heart of downtown Mayagüez, close to everything. What really made the experience stand out was the staff; everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. On top of that, the price is very reasonable and offers great value. I highly recommend Hotel El Colonial and would definitely stay here again!"

"This little sea front complex is fabulous. It features various room/caravan options within a secure gated area with plenty of room for clients to park inside the gates. The communal area is great - plenty of furniture and hammocks overlooking the sea under shade. As well as the constant sound of the waves meeting the rocks literally right next to the communal area, there is a constant fresh sea breeze and the owners have made the whole area really inviting with lots of plants and beach themed Knick knacks. It’s the perfect place to chill out and cool off. I stayed in Delfin which was super clean, comfortable and well decorated. The kitchenette was fully equipped. Brilliant value for money. I would very happily stay here again 😊"
