"We loved this hotel! I definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to Switzerland. We rented an EV car and you’re able to charge it during your stay. Even though it was a bit further from the hiking activities we did, having the car and driving to them worked out perfectly for us. "Great location with stunning views from the balcony, very close to the Meiringen train station, Coop, Migros and several restaurants at a walkable distance. Apartment is specious and clean. Even though we were there during a heatwave, inside the apartment was comfortable as it has good ventilation. We got two fans as we had booked two rooms. There's a shared laundry facility that you need to reserve and plan in advance to make use of it. Reception hours are limited, so if you arrive outside the reception hours, you would be stranded outside which seems to be strange."

"Breakfast is very good, which sets you up well for the day ahead (and given Swiss food prices is very good). The hotel was clean, but a little worn in places (3 of the bulbs in the room had gone and some remaining had been unscrewed as they were blinding floodlights due to mismatched incandescent bulbs) The staff were friendly and helpful (finding a table when reception had forgotten to pass on the booing to the restaurant) The views are breathtaking"

"This place was fantastic. We had a beautiful view from our hotel balcony and the hotel is situated just a fifteen minute walk from the town centre, which worked out really well in the end as this was a more peaceful and picturesque location for the hotel. We felt very calm and at peace here. The hotel itself has been recently refurbished and the interiors were of a very high standard and were super clean. The staff were really really friendly and helpful, especially Dani at reception. Also, we found it really useful having free access to the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron downstairs where they also provide free detergent and fabric softener. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would be more than happy to come back. Five stars from me."
