Måtte selv tjekke ind og ud elektronisk, hvilket gik ok. Havde derfor ingen kontakt med personale. Følte os lidt mistænkeliggjort når vi kiggede os omkring på hotellet, for at orientere os om faciliteter. Dejlig terrasse med fantastisk udsigt.

What a beautiful, quaint village. Easy access by train to Lucerne. Free breakfast had best croissants I've eaten. Very easy late check in as well.

Nice hotel. Great view of the lake. Hotel restaurant dinner was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Nice wine list. Self-checkin was a little weird. Room a nice size. Large bathroom. Perfect for small family. Only issue was the town clock tower is 25 meters away and very loud. It did not ring all night, but 200 bells at 0700 was a wake up!

Adorable hotel. Staff was unbelievably helpful and nice finding us a baby crib and storing refrigerated items overnight. Short walk to the lake. Highly recommend. Just be aware the church is right next door so the bells will wake you up in the morning if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in late but it added to the atmosphere.

Talking about a room with a view? Try to get room 22 or the one on the 3rd floor directly above for an astonishing view. The hotel itself is neat and clean, and including sauna and steambad, very nice! The breakfast buffet was up to our standard and the surroundings in the Swiss alps has been as always brilliant. So all and all a very nice stay, we didn’t extend our stay with another day for nothing! (small note on the downside, extending our stay was a bit of a hassle due to the automated check in process and the absence of a real person at a front desk.)

Every my wishes of high level and nice view were came true but i was allocated in old building which i had no idea of existing old and new building with No lift and air conditioning. Carry all heavy luggage to the top. Not cool to do.

Topp mit Einschränkung

Einchecken musste man per self-check-in und vom Parkhaus hatte man direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Jedoch stand das Bett in einer kleinen Nische auf einem ca. 40cm hohen Podest mit kaum Platz um das Bett herum. Man musste quasi auf dem Bett nach vorne ans Fußende rücken und dann runtersteigen. Für ältere Personen nicht so einfach. Möglicherweise ist dieses Konzept platzbedingt nur in einem Zimmer und das hatte leider ich. Es handelte sich um Zimmer Nr. 29. Bitte bei Buchung berücksichtigen. Durch den self-check-in hatte ich hier leider keinen Einfluss oder Möglichkeit zum Zimmerwechsel. Das Personal im Restaurant war freundlich und das kostenlose Frühstück reichlich. Für eine kurzen Stopp super. Preis-Leistung sind hier auf jeden Fall unschlagbar.
