"Excellent location for downtown. Property still under development, elevator not in use yet. Beautiful bathroom all new. Older building, so floor was not completely level in certain areas. But overall gorgeous older building."

"This hotel is not ideal for privacy or convenience. This property is set up more like a motel than a hotel — rooms open directly to outdoor walkways, with windows and doors facing foot traffic. There's little privacy, people walk right past your window and door, so keeping the curtains open isn't really an option if you want any sense of seclusion. Location-wise, it's fairly isolated. Aside from one restaurant across the street, there's not much nearby. Amenities are minimal too — I didn't spot a pool or gym, though I could have missed them. The only perk seems to be free coffee in the lobby. For the price, I'd expect more. Similarly priced hotels in downtown Richmond or closer to Vancouver International Airport offer better location, privacy, and amenities."

"I was not sure what to expect when the room was booked. But now that we are back home I have time to reflect. The staff was over to top, exceptional, and awesome. I highly recommend Homewood Suites at this location and will stay here again if my travels take me to Vancouver!!!"

"Quite expensive stay for one night but the close proximity to the stadiums is worth it. The elevators can get quite busy also, but we were able to get an early check in, room was clean as always. Great central location."
