8/10 Good

"Hotel was good. If you're into the casino a great stay. The pool is great for kids, spent hours there. Pillows weren't great in our room. The pull out couch was lumpy and could feel all the bars and springs, had to put the mattress on the floor. AC was okay, there's no option to turn up fan speed like other hotels. TVs are outdated and old but do the job."

"The view was amazing (harbor view). The actual room was a bit dated. The carpet had a big wrinkle down the center, and there weren’t enough outlets for 2 cpaps. The roof deck pool was phenomenal as was the hot tub. Parking was convenient, but a little spendy. Location is great. Staff were very professional and polite."

"The comfort and convenience of this hotel (which is inside the Vancouver airport - no shuttle buses necessary), is unmatched. You are literally 5 minutes away from a US departure checkin. International departures are 8-10 minutes away and Canadian gates 10-15 minutes. The hotel is well maintained and the staff very helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is first rate."
