"Nice, clean, rather plain hotel close to downtown and Chase Field. Staff was friendly and attentive. No parking or pool, but a nice workout area.Be aware you must valet park at $45/day extra to the hotel cost."

"I would ask for a room away from the alley as the garbage trucks woke us up a few times. Staff are tremendous! Breakfast is free and very good. New a/c units in the rooms were much quieter than last year. Nice bathroom products too. Pillows were various in type and really good. We asked for a late checkout and they accommodated us with storing our luggage, letting us get it out back and forth to repack etc. They even let us take a shower in our room after checking out as our convention activity ran late."
