The facilities is located in a very nice place… very good use of nature… however, restaurants and cafes are under average.. food is terrible.. staff rarely speaks english.. the hammam facility is in a terrible condition.

The hotel and cottages are spread on a large forested hill. It takes some 200 steps to walk to a restaurant where breakfast is served, but you don’t feel like walking, you can supposedly call for a shuttle. The staff in the restaurant does not speak any English, so trying to get coffee for breakfast instead of tea did not work. All in all an interesting place to visit.

Rooms in the hotel are small and a villa would've been a better option. Balcony is nice. The restaurant isnt on site and you would need a car to take you there or walk up and down thousands of stairs. The restaurant itself had an unbelievably rude staff. Specially the women. They litrally handed the breakfast aggresively and angrily. Handed me a cup of milk instead of a cappuccino. When i informed them, she grabbed the cup angrily like it was my fault to begin with. We later asked them to inform the hotel to send the car for pickup and the receptionist said she will but she walked right infront of us outside without making any calls while I watched her roam around chatting with the other staff. I had to then call the hotel myself. Would definitely not recommend the restaurant. Terrible food and staff! The only good experience was the walk opposite the restaurant after the bridge. Theres a nice beach spot.

Ein so schöner Ort. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Wald und mit Blick auf das Meer. Es ist so schön wie auf den Bildern. Richtig gut zum entspannen. Die haben auch ein Mega gutes Frühstück. Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer.

Hancıoğlu Çamburnu’ndaki konaklamam çok rahat ve keyifliydi. Bölgeyi ve sakin atmosferini gerçekten çok beğendim. Kahvaltı harikaydı ve çok çeşitli, lezzetli yiyecekler vardı. Otel temizdi, ancak bazı küçük konularda biraz daha geliştirme yapılabilir. Genel olarak konaklamamdan gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Restoran da çok güzeldi; kaliteli yemekler, iyi hizmet ve uygun fiyatlar sunuyordu. Burayı ve bu güzel bölgeyi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
