Surat Thani Province Trips

Stayed here for 8 nights. Pros: -Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach where you can jump on a long tail boat to Railay and the other islands. Lots of places to eat near by. 7/11 next door. Outdoor pool area is lovely. Water very clean. Can order food and drinks bought to your sun lounger. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet nice. Cons: - Cleanliness of room on arrival was poor. We found long dark hairs on the bed and in the bath and stains on the bedsheets. As we arrived at night we were so tired & couldn't be bothered to complain but shows that the rooms are not fully cleaned between guests. During the week room service was ok but room always smelled damp and musty even though we always opened the balcony doors. - View: "Street view" room is actually the scruffy rear of some building rooftops. Yes there was a balcony but no direct sunlight and no view so didn't use it. Definitely pay more for a pool side view. - Air con is very loud at night but if you turn it off the room heats up quicky so you need it on. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Room dark and dated. Old furniture.Various bits of damage to the walls, skirting board etc. Bedside lamp didn't work. Sink taps leaked whenever turned on. Mouldy tiles, damaged bath ceramic. Like other reviews have said, the rooms need a full renovation. - Shower bath mixer tap was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Couldnt run a bath as just trickles out the tap and would take ages

The Staff are so kind and show what true customer service is. I also would like to send a special Thank you to Rose the day trip organiser, she is fantastic at her job. The location hotel is perfect a 5 min walk if that from the beach and easy access to nearby bars.The pool is also a nice size and breakfest has a nice selection.

Most everything was perfect and the staff were always super wonderful. A couple minor areas for improvement would be that the air conditioner in our unit did not respond to any thermostat controls so every other hour you were either freezing or baking . which sucked while trying to sleep. Also the food at the resort could deal with a look at ways to improve the quality and selection. BUT over all, we loved walking around the grounds, seeing the reptiles, bats, birds etc. We found the staff to be great. The bed was comfortable. We found the perfect place to spend each and every morning sitting above the beach. It was a wonderful experience and we will likely return to this resort in the future (Our unit was M45 in the back of the property)

Super small for a 4 person room. Over all a good place. Just small rooms

Loved the rooftop pool. Plenty of sun loungers for everyone.
