"We had a wonderful experience. From the beginning to the very end, the staff was very informative and courteous. Room was very spacious for us four and the ocean view from our private balcony was spectacular! Alberto, our bellman was outstanding. He made us laugh and feel comfortable from the beginning of arrival to the very end of our stay. I did get food poisoning the last day which was terrible because everything was going great so far! We also did have to request room cleaning a few times throughout our stay due to incomplete restocking of things like toilet paper and hand towels. Those were minor issues we had. It overall, we loved it here. The pictures online match exactly what the resort looks like so we appreciated that too. Some places do that nowadays, unfortunately. We will definitely recommend this place to others and would come back to Hyatt Ziva! "

"Yes, and the staff was excellent in all the ways you would have expected. This was my first all inclusive resort and first time in Cabo. The only thing I would say was the noise level down on the 1st floor was noisy with systems powering up very early. All in all if was a time to remember!! Thank you all😃!!"
