"This beautiful 2 story beachfront penthouse is spacious with amazing views of land's end from each of the 3 bedrooms. There are 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, as well as a large couch that's comfy enough to sleep a kiddo or two (not a sleeper sofa). The wrap-around decks and private pool on the balcony provide sweeping views of Medano beach and the morning sunrise. The decor and furnishings are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos- All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"FROM SAD TO HAPPY. THANK YOU POLI FOR MAKING SURE WE WERE HAPPY Check in was the most unpleasant Representative told us the only room available was room above Italian restaurant - we did not want to listen to the noises of a restaurant with what we had to pay for an upgraded oceanfront room we were on a special vacation hubby 70th birthday and we booked this several months in advance. So we were not very happy with this choice. Resort was not that busy then another room choice came up that we decided to take. This room had not been occupied for a while. It was dusty, bar in shower was broken and hanging, they had to bring up table & chairs, and hangers. Food and restaurant choices was good, property and pools are beautifully maintained. They forgot to add birthday banner to door so after I said something it was added the day after hubby birthday. After our mishap Poli came to the rescue he made sure that we were well taken care. He is absolutely awesome he made sure everything was excellent. Thank you Poli. You deserve 5 stars. He also gave us a credit on hubby birthday Thanks again Poli We will return"

Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"I have been visiting this property for over 20 years. It is in desparate need of renovation. My room was ok. My friend's needed to move rooms because it smelled awful, the floating vanity looked like it was going to fall off and the couch was absolutely filthy. It is in the perfect location right on Medano Beach so I decided to stay there again, however there are other hotel also on the beach for the same price. My heart is with this property and it's staff. I sincerely hope that they put some money into renovations as this location is a gem!!"
