"No serious complaints— the check in staff was great, really friendly and helpful. The room had just enough wear and tear to make it hard to relax, and the stain in the center of the bed (the sheets were clean, it appeared to be a grease stain that had been laundered) added to my discomfort. I think there’s breakfast amenities in the lobby for sale, but it’s unclear. I had a great latte up the road at Cafe Con Lèche!"

"This is definitely not lux Accommodations, You will not find a mint on your pillow or breakfast. The ihop next door provides good food at reasonable prices. This chain of motels serves working class folks who cannot afford a $200 a night room. The pool area was nicely landscaped. No microwave in the room although there was a coffeemaker. Very small refrigerator. Good bargain."

"The room was clean with plenty of towels. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was plenty and a lot to choose from. Price of room is very reasonable for what Residence Inn provides. Will always stay here when I come to town."

"Check in was great with Michael, he let me know about amenities that were offered. The heated pool was clean and relaxing and the hotub was in perfect working condition. My queen bed suite was amazing, bed comfy and the full kitchen was just what I needed. The hot & cold breakfast was a 10/10 with the staff constantly refilling items. Everything about this property was clean and in perfect working condition. Nice job on the re-model in 2025. This will be my go-to place from now on when I'm in San Jose. Check out was easy with Rafael as well. See you next time. :)"

The reason I could not rate a 5 star review was because of how difficult it was to find the actual parking garage/parking lot for this facility. The bed and the pillows in the rooms were horrible. My sleep there was not very restful because of how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were"

"Travel Inn is situated in a highly walkable area, conveniently close to a Lucky grocery store, KFC, Taco Bell, and McDonald’s. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! While the room was generally clean and decent, the building itself feels dated and is in need of renovation. Some details reflect this, such as the manually taped room numbers and a poorly finished bathroom sink."
