"Was told the room would get a “light” service on Sunday morning but when I asked housekeeping for towels she told me we don’t get any service on Sundays. I just went ahead and swapped towels and made my own bed!"

"Overall the cabin was OK. It was opposite the camp kitchen. The noise from this area was dreadful on both nights. People partying until after 2.30an. They were asked to move several times. I suggest the lights should be turned off at 11pm. Never again."

"Hotel was excellant-only dropped one star as their was only one staff member at reception that greated us each time we walked through-the others kept their heads down. A simple 'welcome back' or 'hi' would have earned top marks."

"Great location right in the heart of Chatswood with shopping and dining right on the doorstep. Bit tricky to find the car park entry - no directions in online booking info, other than street address. I had to call reception to ask. And no parking spaces marked "Quest", so unsure where to park; again had to check with Reception. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but other than that was OK. Only issue I had was a male housekeeping staff member tapping lightly on the door while I was dressing in the bathroom and then barging into the room while my husband was sleeping and I was standing there half dressed. Rather than immediately realising his error and exiting the room, he stood there with the door open asking me if I wanted towels or any room items when I he could clearly see someone was asleep and I was only dressed from the waist down. That wasn't a great experience and would put me off staying again, particularly if alone."
