This place is so unique! Not sure how to describe, but definitely enjoyed our stay! Room 39. clean, spacious & quieter than a lot of other rooms Im sure! Selection of restaurants in the complex & next to complex is excellent! Check /out was easy! Parking was fine, stayed a Friday night I’d stay again!

However it was very quiet and deserted when we arrived (Wednesday) with no restaurants or shops open downstairs (which made it feel quite eerie as it seemed we were the only guests at the time!) but it was lively from Friday with everything open.

Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed.
