"The hotel was in good condition. We were surprised that there were no phones in the rooms, so we couldn't call the office when we had a problem. The people promptly and satisfactorily addressed our problem. The pillows were all too thick for me; I would prefer one thinner, since that is all I can take. But the bed was comfortable enough. The tub/shower had no plug and no hardware to plug it into, only a hole in the bottom of the tub. So a bath was unavailable. We had a hard time tuning in the...

"Clean room. Staff was friendly ans prompt. Lobby bathroom without paper towels for two days. Elevator looked like it hadn’t been mopped while we were there. Same soda/water spill stain was there during our stay. Would look to book again, "
