I woke up 3am. Cant sleep. The room got smell of drain. At first 12am -2am , the cooking smell from the restaurant nearby went to my room. The nightmare After the restaurant closed. The drain smell came into my room.
At 3 am, i went to reception and request to change room. The guy asked me what time i check in. I told him 8pm. He said “why I didn’t change room that time?” . I told him that time no smell of drain. He told me can change room but will forfeit my deposit!! What a sucks hotel ! Is a scam.
The location of the hotel is not suitable for travellers. Haikal's room view is very terrible which in front of Chinese grave that cause uncomfortable condition and he really can't sleep all night long
I don't recommend anyone to book at this hotel, it's very very very dirty, and the bedsheets are smells and dirty. And they don't change it, I fought with and had them change it. And they told me theu don't change the sheets when someone new comes. And this hotel should not be on Expedia. Plz Expedia remove it!!
reach there.. cancel stay.. .. i should be receiving back 1 day payment due to cancelation or no show up... because u book for 2 days but i only get 10 percent... im not going to book with expedia again
Bad smell, licking, bed sheet smelly n dirty, door lock broken, need to keep clean or renovation, wait for reception girl for half an hour after call up then she comes back
The room is small. I keep bumping my head on d tv rack they place on the wall. Above my twin bed!
