"When I checked out, there was a hockey tournament and the kids were using the only elevator. The door to my car was out of use due to icicles. The elevator took 15 mins to wait for with all my luggage. I then after going to my car had to wait again for the elevator to get another key as they had locked me out of my room. After getting another key it didn’t work. I then had to wait again for the only elevator to tell Then the key didn’t work. The whole checkout process was a gong show and I was late checking in for my flight. I was planning on booking them again for next month when I am there but only if they acknowledge this and offer compensation "

"Pool area great, Location surrounding good as lots of options and close to a mall, breakfast was decent, very friendly staff all around. Only con was that the beds were not queen but double and there was not chair in the room to work on the table as it was for one night so not much of a problem. "

"Was surprised at check in that there was no staff. You enter the hotel elevator bay via passcode and then must type it again in the elevator to get up to your room. I find this inconvenient compared to a regular keycard. I booked a suite which was spacious, bright and clean. TV with included entertainment options lol Netflix was great. I don’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped (glassware, mugs, utensils, pans, dish soap, etc.) The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the toilet seemed to have issues - water tank didn’t fill with water properly. I booked very last minute so the price was high. The poor functionality of the bathroom took away from the entire experience. Suggest only booking at regular rates!"
