"10 mins walk from station and 5 min walk into city centre, perfect location. Hotel was very clean, rooms big and spacious and beds huge and comfy! Fantastic breakfast and staff friendly. Would use again."

"The room was lovely and clean and very spacious. We added a cider bottle bucket to our room and was delivered immediately as we checked in. Thebstaff was very friendly and informative. I will definitely stay here again."

"Overall, a fantastic hotel. Staff were very polite and courteous. Stayed in an Executive Suite and was certainly wowed by the room, very clean and modern! I have two very very small gripes - The room service portions (although delicious) were a little small! I went for the burger and could have quite happily ate another. Only other issue was the pillows, not the most comfortable and they certainly let the bed down (Which is a shame as very comfortable otherwise!) Excellent location (our view of the Quayside was fantastic) and would highly recommend again! "
