"I chose this hotel because it offers a shuttle bus, but I didn't expect that such a large hotel with so many guests would only have one bus at each time slot.If I can't get a reservation, I have no choice but to go to the airport on my own.Because of this, I wouldn't stay here again in the future."

"The location is perfect if you arrive late or have an early morning flight out: a few minutes' walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathtub is large, and the wifi works fine. The staff is excellent and very helpful and service-oriented. The only slight letdown is that the curtains are not positioned to completely shut out the light, and the sun rises very early there at certain times of the year."

"We recently stayed at Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s biggest strength is definitely its unbeatable location. Being directly connected to LINKS Umeda, Osaka Station, shopping malls, restaurants, and convenience stores made our stay extremely convenient, especially traveling with family and a young child. We could easily shop, dine, and access transportation without needing to go far. The service was also excellent — staff were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout our stay. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. We booked the Quad Room for 3 adults and 1 child and found the room spacious enough by Japan standards, especially compared to many other hotels in Osaka. One downside for our family was that the beds could not be combined into a larger bed. Since our 5-year-old still does not sleep independently, sharing one bed felt a bit cramped. This is something families with young children may want to consider when booking. Although the hotel does not have a public bath/onsen, the convenience of the location, the amenities, and the overall comfort definitely made up for it. We truly enjoyed our stay and can absolutely see ourselves staying at Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka again on future trips to Osaka."

"Very convenient location just across train station"

"The property was OK. The location was exceptional being just steps away from universal entrance. When you arrive by taxi or Uber, they drop you off downstairs and do not have any proper signage stating check-in is actually one floor up. The rooms are incredibly spacious however one warning the mattresses are the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept in in my life. Luckily, they’re not lumpy, but they are hard as a rock. I would not spend more than one evening at this property."

"Staff at hotel was very friendly. Room was clean, and housekeeping was fantastic. Location was supreme being right in city walk. They have a candy and drink welcome for guests from 2 - 9 which the kids love. Universal City Station was 2 min away as well, very convenient. Would definitely stay there again and recommend. "
