"Beautiful location and grounds, well done updating and aesthetics. Check-in staff was wonderful. Peaceful outside. A really great place for kids and dogs too. The grounds have everything from pool to pickle ball. The restaurant was jaw dropping awful. From service to food. Inedible- we ended up not eating it. It seemed like it was everyone’s first day on a job ever. It was funny if it wasn’t expensive. We stayed in a really cute block of 3 cabins. So pretty, but we did not stay our second night. We went home to get some sleep! The walls were so thin they rattled anytime a neighbor moved, and a snorer kept us up. And the mattress -was something else. Some may love it but it felt like a foam mattress so soft I couldn’t get out of the hole in the middle! And I am small. But, all that being said, it was incredibly inexpensive, gorgeous grounds with a very friendly staff. Great for retreats or big families, with incredible views of the mountains. "

"The room was very spacious, the staff friendly and helpful and it is a lovely oasis right off the freeway in Redlands. They serve charcuterie on weekday evenings with wine or beer and made to order omelets on weekday mornings at breakfast! Delicious. I enjoyed eating on the outdoor patio next to the pool. One group that was there had a BBQ and the staff provided the needed supplies to them. It's a nice place to gather. I rarely write reviews and only do so when the experience is excellent. This was my second stay and I will be back."

"The location was center to Idyllwild and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Idyllwild is such a quaint little town that feels like out of a fairytale story book. Definitely coming back and maybe during the winter season. "
