I booked this property last minute for Coachella so anything beats camping. It’s very old and run down. No garbage bin in the room. There’s a phone but it doesn’t plug into anything. It’s dog friendly which was one perk. It’s fine if you just need a place to lay your head.

Nastiest place! Room was being remodeled and was soo disgusting. Refused to give us new room. Rooms next door under construction ALL NIGHT hammering in the walls. Owner creeping outside our room all night as well. Very unprofessional and rude. Have video of them treating me like garbage for asking why the TV was broken. So unsafe I was unable to stay the second night. Do NOT bring your family here!!!!!! Pictures on web lie!!!!!

Unfortunately, not a good experience. The cleanliness was excellent. Kudos to the staff. Maintenance was a separate issue. The peephole in door had been knocked out and stuffed with paper. The shower valve would not stop the water from dripping. There was no hot water in the shower. There was hot water in the sink which is where I bathed. My room had two queen beds. One bed appeared to have dried blood on the comforter. Even though I had no need for it, the in-room refrigerator was not working. The curtains were torn in several places. Neither of the two toilet paper holders had rods to hold toilet paper. The bathroom fan had no cover in the ceiling. The dresser drawers would not open or close easily. Parking was easy and convenient. Staff very good, I did not use the pool or hot tub.

A decent place to stay

It is a nice place to stay and feels safe . Although I registered online on the Hotels . com website, when I checked in I was told that I had to pay $ 50.00 deposit for " incidentals " which was not mentioned on the website when I checked in so that caught me off guard .

It was cool that they were located in a spot where we can in and out of the parking area. Overall our experience was ok. Customer service was awesome, just do not think we will come back if the rooms are not going to be clean or the sheets being stained or with burn holes in them.

Room was clean but unable to take a shower due to very Hot 🔥 hot water only. NO cold water. My Sisters room also had problems with the shower, the divider' was not working so No shower for them either. Their TV went off by itself while sleeping early morning . There was no breakfast no coffee like they advertised. Oh! It was raining and the building was leaking by the stair way pretty bad. No good experience. Staff were nice 👍

Our trip was very nice. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean, as well as the linen, except the floor of the room, and it has a very strong odor and the refrigerator was humming.

Room was in magor need of repair. Floor was uneven, furniture was battered, shower had hair in it, ceiling had an attic cover that was patially open, smoke detector was covered with some sort of paper. The bed was very comfortable!

We only stayed one night the first room the air conditioner was not working. Assigned to the second floor as going up the stairs the railing was dirty and sticky. The beds were very comfortable. There was no Kleenex no mat for the shower therefore I did not shower for fear of slipping. Will not be staying there again.

Besides the rain pouring on you as you stood in the office waiting to check in and no one there to check you in. Waiting for about 10 min ringing the bell for service. Oh it gets better as we walk to the room a group of college age kids hanging out in the walkway smoking their weed with no concern about who else was around or had to walk through them. The room was so gross! Dogs had chewed the doorways scratched up the floors and walls. The floors were so dirty and the walls filthy not to mention the drapes were so filthy and stained. I didn’t even walk half way in the room and said LETS GO!! We walked back to the front desk and canceled our room! Perfect for college kids for a cheap stay but I would NEVER recommend this place! Oh yeah they say they have a free continental breakfast that’s a big lie the health department has a sign up saying they cannot serve any food!! The Holiday Inn down the street was amazing breakfast and all!!

Beds were actually very comfortable. Staff was trying to be accommodating. No screen on the window so we couldn’t open the window. Found a “fake” black widow chilling by the AC unit. Ice machine doesn’t work but they did deliver ice to our room. Paint peeling. Bathtub stained. Walls were sticky.

114* day.. room - no A/C- try to fix the screwdriver.. Sheets had blood , sand- They have not been changed.. Bathtub is blue like with some cleaning product no toilet paper and no towels. Wanted us to stay if we change the sheets. We got our money back And left. They were friendly enough.
