"Loved this property. Convenient location, very well designed rooms, excellent WiFi strength,helpful staff. Each room has a full kitchen, a dishwasher and washer dryer. Loved thst the crockery was Corelle - so easy to use. One complaint - the cooking utensils are all steel ans prone to burning food. A shout out to the housekeeping staff - very thorough and they used their common sense. One of the rare hotels where the housekeeping staff understood how we liked things and they kept it that way."

"My first review for the first night stating that we didn't get a good sleep coz of the staffs/ housekeeping talking in the hallway. Today was good as not a lot of people left as it's a Monday plus housekeeping came later. The room is nice and modern with balcony we like it. Location is very good just walking distance to museums, art gallery, shops and restaurants (Riverside market) etc. Reception were good too as well as breakfast just basic continental and bacon eggs but good enough for the price."

Public transportation to downtown Christchurch and airport is about 1 block away and runs every 15 minutes until late. "Friendly welcome even though we arrived late; about 7pm. Room was tidy, warm and full kitchen facilities were perfect. Close to New World to buy groceries for our 3 nights. Cleaners were lovely as well. As they are pet friendly, i will be bringing my dog next time. "
