Nice clean modern hotel, clean comfortable rooms. Small restaurant/bar. Room service menu was limited. Breakfast and meals tour inclusion, again limited but sufficient, fresh juices. Bit of a walk into the town centre, if I recall about a 20min walk. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my stays, thank you

Quiet; a stone's throw from the sprawling Hagley Park and incredible botanical gardens; very convenient to cheap, easy, efficient public transportation, which I used to great effect. Accommodations themselves were very pleasant, staff welcoming and helpful. Dug it.

It was an excellent day. The staff was great. Location was perfect for walking distance into the center of town. Buffet breakfast was very good. I wish they would’ve included omelettes in part of the buffet, if requested by a client, but other than that who was great.
