"Rocky start to our 5day stay. TV did not work properly. Voiced out our concerns and was eventually led to their rooms manager. He promptly found a solution. Smooth sailing from then on. Breakfast buffet varied daily and always excellent. Staff was always ready for any of our needs. Will definitely stay here again. Shout-out to Rey Lagata, good guy.."

"Actually what I found negative was the noise from the traffic. It's an old building with a modern lift. The best of the facilities is the roof cafeteria and restaurant open till late. Food and drink was good. Also the staff was very friendly especially the girl who assisted me in the check in and when I left. If I go back to Cagayan I will not hesitate to go back to stay in the hotel."
