Sullivan's Island hotel rooms a the Hilton Hotels

"Understaffed. Unable to accommodate guests wanting breakfast (without a wait) despite plenty of tables set and ready. They said this was due to kitchen staffing. Very strange for a 5 star hotel. Pool very small and unable to get lounger. "

"This hotel was exceptionally clean and inviting, modern new furniture, bright white sheets and pillowcases, beautiful and clean towels... The staff was wonderful, specifically Sunshine and Sydney! Both very pleasant, friendly, and respectful, a beautiful example of southern hospitality!!"

"Enjoyed 4 nights at The Francis Marion Hotel. Great location, walkable to all downtown attractions and restaurants. The Swamp Fox had a great menu, and it was nice to have a Starbucks on site. Staff was attentive and helpful. We we’re in town for the Cooper River Bridge run. Would definitely stay again!"

"Overall, people were friendly and professional. Location is a great plus. However, the room, especially the restroom and furniture needs to be upgraded. this would have a higher rating if the restroom was in better condition. Everything was fairly clean just very outdated."

"It was a quiet room, however I’m glad it was cold out because our room faced right over the pool, but we had a nice view. You could see the Harbor view however I didn’t like being next to the pool… they were doing some construction so that was a little disappointed because you could see like the mess besides the pool but other than that, it was fine the bar downstairs a little bit weird but they had a nice little fire pit outside"
