"Our family booked two rooms: a standard king and a standard double. We were fortunate to get adjoining rooms which was very convenient and comfortable as we are a family of four. The rooms were clean and well appointed and impeccably up kept daily by the staff. Everyone we encountered on staff was so polite, pleasant, friendly, and helpful! The concierge we worked with on two days helped us with recommendations on how to best get to some of the sites and arranged transport for us; he was cheerful and so comfortable to talk with - such a positive experience! We even had several encounters with the executive chef while dining in the mornings at the wonderfully varied breakfast buffet and at Octave restaurant. He made some very appreciated recommendations for both menu items and a day of exploration that turned out wonderfully. The property was beautifully decorated for the Christmas and New year holidays - so festive! We used the gym - well appointed, clean and roomy and the pool - never too crowded and also well kept with a nice city view from the 7th floor. We did not get to the very top rooftop bar nor dine at any of the other property eateries due to our sightseeing schedule. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers. "

"An absolutely excellent hotel with amazing staff. Great location in the center of a bustling shopping and restaurant scene. Arin, a bell captain, made us feel welcome and almost made it more like coming home to a friend when returning from one of our tours. Amelia, working in the Blue Spice restaurant was so friendly and helpful that we returned to eat there many times. Absolutely great service. And the gym with rooftop pool were excellent."
