The room looks exactly shown as the picture, clean and big. Staffs were nice and friendly. WiFi was fair but there is an option to upgrade for faster WiFi (fees applied). If the hotel can upgrade their TV to smart TV that would be great. Overall we are happy during our stay.

Fantastic service and highly responsive team! On the first night, my room smelled of cigarettes. So, I raised this issue with the reception desk, and they immediately resolved it. Then, my room smelled fresh for the rest of my stay. I was so impressed by the hotel's quick response. The breakfast was rather simple. However, the staff working at the breakfast restaurant were incredibly friendly and helpful. The great service compensated for the basic food. Despite the minor issues, the outstanding hospitality makes this hotel highly recommendable.

Beautiful infinity swimming pool and really nice workout room. Very nice apartment style rooms with comfortable beds, city view and nice balcony. Located in a nice area with lots of restaurants, cannabis dispensaries and massage places.

It was a great stay at Somerset! The staff were nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were great in the room and in common area. There was also free tuk tuk shuttle service. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Bangkok another time.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It was our second stay here the staff is unbelievably kind, thoughtful, and just an overall joy to be around. They went above and beyond and upgraded our room. I will literally never stay anywhere else in Bangkok, the Neighbourhood, the staff the room it’s just all lovely.
