"This is a newer hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Loved that it was close to downtown. We never moved the car unless going elsewhere. Breakfast was limited, but it was still good. "

"Our annual stay for the ETSBOA was everything we needed it to be. We always choose this comfy hotel close to EVERYTHING. With a great breakfast and clean safe rooms. Plus free parking as a bonus to guests. Housekeeping kept us stocked with clean towels. And with teenagers that’s an extra bonus for me."

"My creek side room was huge and was very clean with really high ceilings. I strongly recommend paying a little more for the upgrade. Given the great price I wouldn't take a star of for this, but I had to look very straight down to see the creek --- and my overall view was of a parking lot and a very high hill. I was on the 3rd floor so I think that a first room one would be ideal.The balcony was pretty nice. I chatted with the manager for about an hour one day. He is awesome. The indoor pool is really nice but sometimes the hot tub is really crowded. But once during my recent stay no one was in either. The outdoor pool was closed when I was there but it's fairly nice. It's in a perfect location I by a really nice and the entrance The Smoky Mountains Park.It's a 5 minute walk to the strip. I didn't eat there but the restaurant at the hotel was open for breakfast and lunch every day that I was there. However it gets great reviews about everywhere that I've seen. Also I like that it is family owned instead of the money going to some corporation. For the price this is a really great value. "

"The hotel looks brand new, it’s located near the “downtown street” with stores restaurants etc, AMAZING breakfast, staff is lovely and the rooms are so great!!! The view from the balcony is breathtaking specially when it’s snowing… I’m coming back again! The best price for a great hotel"
