"Excellent Hotel with a nice outside pool and Hot Spring. The rooms were clean and the location next to a train station and Kokusai-Dori Street is great! The breakfast was really tasty and varied a little bit from day to day. The late night snack and free drinks in the evening are awesome! I would definitely go again."

"If you are looking for a pleasant hotel to stay at, this is the one. The staff is super helpful and the pool and facilities are clean. Added bonus if you have tattoos, you can swim or go to the public bath which is rare in Japan. It is super convenient for the train or bus lines, if you rent a car: they have parking available for a fee per night. The pool bar also hosts evening events, if you just want an easy going night that is a good option as well."

We really liked the set up of the room We were traveling with 2 teen girls so they had their privacy and own space on the upper bunks. The beds were comfortable. The check in process was a little difficult. There is no staff on site so it was self check-in, which we knew in advance. The initial check-in was simple, but then you had to place a call on a supplied tablet in the reception area to verify your check-in. It was a...

"Terrible stay. I arrived at check in time, and they turned me away because they hadn't finished cleaning and asked me to return one hour AFTER check in time. To make matters worse, the hotel is refusing to refund.
