Birthday treat !

Beautiful hotel and facilities, room over looked the garden and it was really comfortable and clean - nice and quiet too . We dined at the swan too , very attentive and friendly staff .

First visit and highly impressed

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, can’t rate them highly enough. The hotel is very well kept and nicely finished. The food is amazing. Rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. Only minor comment is Bathroom decor could do with a refresh but overall a very nice stay and would highly recommend a visit.

Beautiful hotel

Wonderful hotel, such a beautiful old building. Food was delicious, we ate in the brasserie and had breakfast each morning in the gallery restaurant. The staff were spot on, very helpful and attentive. Lavenham itself is a very picturesque village, you feel you have been transported back to another era. Would definitely stay again.
