"The Fujiya reeks of history and elegance. The rooms are very spacious. The ambiance is sublime. We are so pleased we stayed at this hotel. The staff and quality of service was excellent. The sauna and spa facilities were 1st class. A couple of minor issues - the beds were a touch on the firm side. And the range of choice for breakfast was limited. However, in every other respect, the Fujiya will be a highlight of our time in Japan."

Authentic food and we got to try lots of new things for the first time. Lake views were stunning and a view of Mt Fuji is available on the 7th floor if you’re lucky with the weather! "
