"Although the hotel has the status Manor it was a bit tired in some areas. The breakfast area needed to be stocked up a few times and ran out of a couple of things. Staff mainly helpful and friendly Ordered food from the lunchtime menu when we arrived and the prawns in our food were a bit hard and the pasta was not linguine it was tagliatelle. Arrived back not too late from our party and the hotel bar was shut "

"I arrived at the property and it was immediately clear that the bedsheets had not been changed. There were muddy paw prints and visible dog hairs all over the bedding. I contacted the host straight away, who offered to change the bedding but insisted it was “clean, just stained” and that this had been missed by the cleaners. However, if the bedding was clean, it should not have had dog hair on it. This raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. If something as basic as fresh bedding had not been done, I did not feel confident that other items such as towels or surfaces had been properly cleaned either. As a result, I did not feel comfortable staying and had to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation. Despite this, the host has refused to issue a refund, even though I was unable to stay due to the condition of the property on arrival. Very disappointing experience and not what I expect when booking paid accommodation"

"Rather damp smell in main bedroom, small amount of black mould in the shower. Cooker not very clean but kitchen generally well-equipped (although only one teaspoon). Lounge comfortable and spacious. Poor signage on campsite especially for exit - if you arrive outside reception times, you won't get a map (we arrived after dark and left early the next morning). Very convenient for RSPB Snettisham. "The stay very good providing that it was our first staying in a caravan. We were surprised that the living room was quite spacious with very comfy sofas. Literally 1 minute walk to the beach with small coffee shop and toilets."
