"A lovely stay. Car park was difficult to find, quite full. Entrance was also a little difficult to find, but once we did, the staff were lovely and accommodating. Lady from reception walked us right up to our room and welcomed us in. Made sure we were sorted for dinner plans etc. The standard room was great, very warm and cosy, lots of room. Bathroom was great and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, we were given a menu with lots of good options. We went with toast and croissants to share, then eggs royale and poached eggs with avocado. Everything was cooked to perfection. Staff at breakfast were also lovely and very attentive and fast. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anybody. "

"The staff are brilliant. Courteous, friendly and amazingly helpful. They really made our stay enjoyable. Our rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Evening meal choice was extensive and good quality, and service excellent. Car park in need of repair."

"Overall excellent value for money. Good breakfast and the staff were really friendly. Slightly odd smell in some of the downstairs corridors - a bit like damp? The facilities were really good, loved the spa and the gym. Beautiful property. Lots of parking. Slightly confusing information on Expedia when booking re spa access as it conflicts with some of the information on the website but wasn't a problem on arrival at the hotel. Overall enjoyed our stay "
