"We checked in (2 rooms for 3 nights) , looked at our rooms and cancelled. Had to find another hotel. It was dirty, rugs filthy in halls, stairs unsafe, railing very loose and wobbly. General disrepair throughout . Was not able to get any of our 6 nights refunded. Large metal keys that you left at ..."
