"Nice hotel in a perfect location if you are going to an event at the Uber Arena. Close to the S and U bahn so you can travel around Berlin easily and good dining options a few steps away "

"Nice location to explore Berlin. Good food outlets nearby including a small supermarket. Hotel is generally good, carpets are dirty and stained on floors and rooms. Tea and coffee facilities are lacking at times as room service will leave very short supplies eg sugar and milk and then when you go and ask reception downstairs they will give you what they have often short on sugar and milk even with them. Room we stayed in was dusty and it is evident cleaning is not to an acceptable international standard however I was not too fussed to complain as we were out throughout the day till the late evening when we returned to rest. For a hotel there are areas that require significant improvements to enhance customer experience however we enjoyed Berlin."

"Ask for quiet room if you’re a light sleeper, Germany’s sirens seem amplified to the rest of the world 😂 Rooms were in great condition, aircon worked perfectly for hot or cold (it was unseasonably warm outside). Staff were absolutely superb! My hairdryer wasn’t working and they replaced it immediately. Everyone always so friendly and engaging with guests when walking passed. Breakfast was plentiful, well topped up and constantly flowing of dishes. Nothing ran out during a very busy period. "

"The hotel was smart and quirky/modern similar to other Moxys, just five minute walk from the train station. The room was fairly small but comfortable with cool lighting round the TV and tables. My laptop just about fitted on the table but there is plenty of room on the ground floor to work if you need to. The room also didn't have a safe box. Bathroom was small but shower was decent enough but no demisting mirror or magnifying mirror like some modern hotels have. Staff on reception and at the bar were friendly. Overall my stay was good enough for my two nights in Berlin. "

"I loved the refillable water, especially the tap for sparkling water The breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is but the staff kindly let me get some milk for my toddler and an Uber Eats delivery of a Subway meal cost less The room is lovely, neutral view with a little bit of the train station visible which the toddler loved Wifi is great, fast and available Shower was also great The receptionists are lovely too, with just 1 exception"
