There is no staff interaction, it is an automatic entrance system. You are provided with the exit door key pad number and the door number is the last four digits of your phone number. The hotel was perfect! Our room was clean and cozy, the staff was very helpful and accommodating! They gave good suggestions for places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay here again!
