"The location of this hotel is wonderful. Gardens directly infront, and town and amenities all close by. The food was excellent, and the outside eating terrace was a lovely area. Some of the outside furniture is in need of replacing though. Some staff were more welcoming and pleasant than others. And as is often the case, there were occasions when the hotel seemed short staffed. Overall, we were happy with this hotel and would be happy to stay again."

"Fantastic hotel. Reception area were like being abroad and has a lovely smell. Nice room clean comfortable. Breakfast was great lots of choice and good quality. Had drinks outside both nights such a lovely setting Would stay again. Very close to town centre"

"Everything is done properly here. Excellent service in every area. Rooms are wonderful. Very quiet nights sleep. Fantastic bedding. Excellent parking with our car underground out of the sun. Fantastic breakfast. We will be returning. You wouldn't believe you were so close to everything in Cheltenham"

"We stayed in room 9 and it was quaint and delightful. The room was perfect. The whole hotel is just beautifully put together. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. All around it was an excellent experience. 100% recommend!"
