"This hotel is well located right on route 6. The gentleman at the checkin desk was friendly and helpful. The room was large and although a little date was very clean. Bed was okay. Parked right in front of the door. Nice outdoor pool. Restaurants near by. We stayed for 3 nights. I would recommend this hotel. Good value for the money."

"Great little motel! My room had been renovated recently and it was very nice. The property was well maintained and quiet. Nice continental breakfast with a variety of options. Staff members were friendly and attentive. Short walk to downtown Orleans and a variety of shops and restaurants."

"The hotel is under new management as of two months ago. The new owner addresses any issues personally. I experienced a broken latch on the room door. The previous management really let the place go and so issues are addressed as reported. Staff was extremely pleasant and responsive. The pools were beautifully maintained. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Room was well stocked. I did not partake in dining there so have no comment regarding service and food. All in all I recommend the Marriot at Eastham."
