"We used the hotel for somewhere to stay between 3 days at the download festival and the staff were very accommodating and friendly despite how tired and muddy we were. We had a slight issue with our booking and we have never seen more friendly or understanding staff at a hotel. They sorted the issue out fast and the stay was great."

Clearly it is a budget option and the standards obviously mirror this. Could it be better? Yes of course, but then it would be more expensive.
