"Rooms are clean, staff is always friendly and professional. My husband and I are both highly allergic to pet dander. So your no pet policy is extremely important and appreciated by us. The free breakfast is a great bonus and the multiple choices mean there is something for everyone. The food is always hot and tasty. We’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Prescott, Arizona at least 15 times. Always our first choice when visiting the town."

"We loved our stay at this hotel! The bed was the most comfortable one we’ve had at a hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The grounds were beautiful with a nice patio area outside where we ate breakfast. Breakfast was great, and there was even homemade banana cake. A favorite of ours was the coffee machine open 24/7 that made coffees, cappuccino, etc."

"Cleanliness is always first on my list. Room looked clean and smelled clean. Comfort! The bed was very comfortable and fresh sheets. Everyone is friendly. Breakfast was one of the best amongst hotels in the price range and the attendent made fresh homemade salsa!. Price is usually decent. This was our third stay in the last 1.5 years and now our go to when in town."
