"The location is great. We were given a room 114 next to elevators and walkway to mall. Noise all night- unable to sleep. The bar was awful with poor service - bartender angry and rude. Receptionist and check in was friendly. we will not return as there better options in Atlanta than staying on a first floor noisy room with a bad bar experience."

"I can’t say enough about how incredible the customer service was! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations, but Regina (hotel receptionist) and Dontrell (bartender) truly made the experience unforgettable.
They went above and beyond to help bring my boyfriends birthday surprise to life, fully embracing the idea and delivering each note perfectly. Their willingness to play along, their attention to detail, and their genuine kindness made the entire experience feel so special and seamless.
I’m honestly so elated and grateful for how accommodating and thoughtful they both were. It’s rare to come across people who not only do their job well but also put heart into what they do—and Regina and Dontrell did exactly that. Thank you for helping create such a memorable and meaningful experience for the both of us!"

"Overall a good stay. The bathroom was dated, but clean. The beds were comfortable. There were stains on the drapes. My only real complaint would be it was not stated when I booked the hotel, that there is a $22 fee to park your car. "
