The main disappointment was that the listing didn't include all taxes, but rather before check-in, we had to pay an extra 10 Euros for a tax that was not included in the price. Another slight inconvenience is that after registering with Expedia, one had to complete a new registration with Camelotels."

Got photo's only to findout I was on the top floor with 3 flights of stairs . *No personal check in ALL done on line. * The area is ( quote by a taxi driver a bit dodgy although I found the people in the area to be very helpful & nice people. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN ,OVER PRICED & NO PERSONAL SERVICE AT ALL ."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. We had an Ultra room, which was great for our family of four. The beds were super comfortable and the Aircon was great - we were there during a heatwave, but but the room temp was perfect and we slept great. The rooftop pool and the views over the city were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, it's a really cool space and we'd definitely recommend it as a base for exploring Ghent and beyond."
