Well located in the center of Ghent, couldn't ask for a better location. I was surprised that there was no kettle in the room, but they did provide one when I asked. I did think the room was quite small. My wife and I had to step around each other whenever we moved, Bed was comfy. I had to sit at a 45 degree angle on the toilet because there was no room for my knees. If I were to stay here again I would ask for a larger room, we had the smallest double with a view out over the Cathedral.

The hotel is overrated and isn’t worth the money you pay. The rooms are quite old and have no soundproofing. We had to listen to people yelling outside all night until 4 am, and then at 5 am garbage trucks were collecting trash outside. None of us got a good night’s sleep, and we were quite happy that we had only booked one night.

Friendly staff and quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is an outstanding location and you can walk (20 mins) from the train station or catch a tram. Breakfast was terrific and offered plenty of variety for all dietary needs.
