"I had a great 3 night stay at Centra Hotel Zürich. Christian at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and my check in was a smooth process. My room was spotlessly clean and the shower had good pressure and hot water. There was also free onsite parking which was an added bonus. There is also a restaurant next to the courtyard where I had a nice dinner on my first day of arrival. The hotel was easy to find and I was happy that it was in a quieter part of the city - I had no trouble sleeping at night. I would recommend this hotel to other guests :) Thank you Christian for your professionalism!"

"It was a good stay. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating specially at the reception. Breakfast was okay. For the price of 25CHF it was not worth it. Some food items were not even hot when they should be. The lady (staff) who was there last week was talking badly about a group of family who wasn’t even rude to her. She spoke spanish to her colleague badmouthing the family. She probably thought no one can hear and understand her but we did. That’s not professional but also very unkind. Area is a 5-7 mins Uber ride to Zurich airport but quite far to Zurich city centre."

"The location was bit away from the town, you may need a car or take public transportation. However the hotel was great. Nice design and more tv program options for English speakers than other hotels. The laundry facility was also nice. It was easy to follow by scanning a QR code & pay by card."

"You have to pay for parking daily about €16 per day so there’s no free parking even if you’re paying hundreds for the room. The housekeeping service was poor, and we constantly had to request it. They don’t clean daily, and they will skip your room if you don’t ask. There’s also no gym or free breakfast, unlike competing hotels nearby. I wouldn’t stay there again."
