"This hotel is in a great location which allows for a nice long walk along the river and city parks. I like older hotels where you can back your car up close to your room door. Note that vegetation along the river's edge prevents good river views (but helps stabilize the shoreline). This hotel needs a bit of refreshing-our door weather stripping was peeling off and dangling at the threshold. Also, our shower curtain was missing but the front desk quickly got us a new one."

"Very quiet stay overnight traveling through from Banff to Vancouver. Very beautiful stop before entering Savona for views of the River. Would be a perfect place for family get together. I wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities."
