"Most of the staff was nice, except the girl that checked us in. "

"Lady gave us the wrong room on arrival, room was switched and told us it was an upgrade but it was worse and not the suite we paid for. I then went down again and was told well we have an event going on even though i booked in advance. We eventually got the room we paid for. Then the crib we were given was missing the bottom so useless. We asked for the part and was told someone would get to us. three times i asked and all 3 times noone showed up so our infant had to sleep in our bed. The room had food all over the carpet, the sheets had brown stains on them that looked like poop and the towels were in the tub so my assumption is the room was not cleaned. "

"The room was spacious and well appointed. Quiet. Very clean. Be aware that this area is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Atlanta so plan accordingly. Staff was courteous and invested in my well being. "
