"The rooms were spotless, but the bathroom was lacking in quality. It was missing shampoo and conditioner, but overall, the location of the hotel is great."

"We got the best, biggest suite on the 6th floor with a city view. It was super handy to walk everywhere, like 3-10 minutes tops, from the Alle' to the lower city. The staff were nice, and the whole hotel was spotless. The kids loved the pool, and having a bar and restaurant right there was awesome. We'd totally book again!"

"Room was great. This was a quick overnight stay for our family, so I cannot comment on the location but a very easy walk from Gare du Palais! Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel & will be returning in June (if not earlier) for another trip to Quebec. The staff was accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. My young son absolutely loved having pool access, daily breakfast, and a fireplace to warm himself after a day in the cold. It would have been nice if the hot tub was warmer but that's the only complaint we had."

"My stay was great the staff was very friendly , especially Alan in the front desk he was extremely kind and helped us with recommendations where yo eat or visit. The hotel has an excellent location, if you pay a very convenience fee you have access to a daily coffee lounge with delicious pastries and coffee, that will male you save money especially for breakfast. The hotel need an update that is why I didn’t give 5 stars. "
