"The breakfast was simple yet so satisfying. It was the best part of the day. Waking up to make a baquette with ham, cheese, and butter. It was fresh and we enjoyed it. Hotel was situated 2min walk to the metro. Very convenient. Also we found it was one block from Rue de Cler. Street filled with restaurants and cafes. Loved the staff. They spoke English very well and made us feel welcomed. Thank you to the Hotel staff. "
"Great stay at Hôtel Eiffel Saint Charles. Check-in was simple with the friendly desk clerk (who took note from my passport that my birthday was in a few days). We were on the third floor. The elevator is quite small -- just enough room for the two of us and three backpacks. We had a Superior Room (Room 306) which was small, but comfortable and very clean, with a nice view of Rue de Saint Charles.. There was an in-room safe in the closet, and a regular blow dryer in the bathroom. No iron. Near the desk were two USB power ports, along with a standard plug. There were two other plugs in the room, and one in the bathroom (for the hairdryer). The bed was very comfortable, and we were given a full bottle of still water every day. Additionally, there was a water dispenser in the lobby (still and sparking) for free use. On my actual birthday, the hotel left a box of chocolates and a nice note on the bed -- such a thoughtful gesture!
Only used the TV twice. There wasn't much on in English other than the news. Did try to stream from iPhone to the TV, but couldn't get it to work. I didn't look to see if it had USB ports that might support movie files from a thumb drive.
It was roughly a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Almost a straight shot. The area around the hotel is commercial and residential; but quiet. We felt safe walking around both day and night. It was a bit rainy during our stay, and while I brought my own umbrella, the hotel did have umbrellas available."
"Room (studio apartment) was super spacious and clean. Bathroom had some water leaking issues, but overall, nicely appointed bath and kitchenette. The location, just steps from Beaugrenelle shopping street, is unbeatable. Not a far walk to the main metro (Charles Martin). Hotel is quiet and clean. Elevator (Rive Gauche side, at least) can take some time during the busy periods (check in and check out)... and when I was there, only one of the two elevators was working... but overall, a lovely aparthotel and I will stay again."
"Everyone was so nice and so helpful. Room Wes nice. Only thing was that with my bad knees and weak legs getting in and out of the very tall Barth tub was kind of unsafe for me. Will make sure I as for shower room next time."
"I really enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveler! The staff was super friendly and helpful, I loved the area. The breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed the coffee machines! The room was also comfortable, albeit small. It was perfect for just me! If you are traveling with a partner I might consider getting the larger room option though as it could get tight in the room I was in. No complaints! I’d definitely stay here again. "
"Excellent hotel: clean, cozy, and very warm rooms! Even the standard room includes a bathrobe and slippers, delicious coffee and tea, high-quality bedding, and wonderful L’Occitane toiletries. Highly recommend!"
